here's the meaning:
beamDeploy -- 3&4 break and take the target at 45° (that's what beam means). In theory, if the target engage them they just should go defensive while 1&2 should engage. The opposite happens if the target engages 1&2. Unfortunately at now 3&4 break but they don't engage when required.
beamBeam -- as the previous but 3&4 break in 2 different directions: one at right and the other on the left.
wall -- 3&4 move on a line with 1&2 as to form a wall.
grinder -- 3&4 should speed up, go away from the fight and then come back in support for others. At now they just go away.
wideAzimuth -- as azimuth, but 3&4 break and take targets at the radar border.
shortAzimuth -- as wideAzimuth but taking enemies at 30° on a side.
wideLT -- 3&4 try to move in trail at 15-20 NM with respect to the leader.
shortLT -- as wideLt but at 5-10 NM
